You’re very welcome here. Choose the treatment you’re drawn to, or book our complimentary 15-minute Let’s Talk Skin consultation. Please arrive five minutes early so we can get to know you and make you comfortable.
Do I need a patch test?
For your first tint, lash lift, brow lamination or lash extension treatment at Alba, book a complimentary patch test at least 48 hours beforehand. Tell us about any previous reactions or changes since your last visit. Your therapist will confirm when a repeat test is needed.
How much will my appointment cost?
Every treatment has a clear price and duration. Nail removal and nail art are separate appointments or add-ons, listed in our menu. We’ll always agree any changes with you before your treatment begins.
What if I need to change my appointment?
We ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to change or cancel an appointment. With less notice, a 50% charge may apply; missed appointments may be charged in full.
Can I book more than one treatment?
Yes. Our booking journey lets you add multiple treatments and shows the combined time and price. If a treatment requires a patch test, arrange that as a separate visit at least 48 hours before.
