Booking and payment

This website is a fictional salon demo. The booking journey creates an on-screen preview only. No appointment is reserved, no payment is taken, and no confirmation email is sent. Prices are illustrative and shown in GBP.

Changes and cancellations

We ask for 48 hours’ notice to move or cancel a booking. Changes within 48 hours may incur a 50% charge, and missed appointments may be charged in full. These charges are illustrative only and are never collected by this demo.

Arriving for your appointment

Please plan to arrive five minutes early. Late arrivals may need a shortened or rescheduled treatment. We’d always discuss the options with you.

Patch tests and suitability

We require a patch test at least 48 hours before a first tint, lash lift, brow lamination or extension appointment. A patch test is a separate visit and must not be combined with the treatment. Suitability and repeat-test requirements would be confirmed by a qualified therapist and the product manufacturer’s instructions.

Treatment prices and extras

Consultations and finishing care are included unless stated otherwise. Gel removal and nail art are listed separately. Any extra service and its price would be agreed before treatment. Durations are appointment estimates, including preparation and finishing time.

Gift cards

Gift cards shown here are previews, not valid vouchers. An example live studio policy would allow 12 months from purchase, permit part redemption, and exclude exchange for cash. Final terms would be presented before a real purchase.

Age and access

The studio menu is intended for adults aged 18 and over. Any real studio would confirm its age policy, accessibility features and treatment suitability before accepting an appointment.
